Rec Room

The floors and surfaces of a basement recreation room become extended and abstracted into a play yard for eight dancers. As the dancers moved panels, an ever-changing pattern emerged on the floor reminiscent of the prairies seen from the air.

This set was toured across Canada and ultimately shown at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa.
