Alton Millpond Art and Infrastructure

The studio is currently developing a suite of art and infrastructure pieces for this pond and fish habitat restoration project. The site is at Alton Mill, just west of Toronto. We are creating patterning for a new dam to promote biological and human interaction, as well as performance, seating and picnic environments. All of these are to reside in a state of delicate interface with the water’s edge.
