This restaurant dining room interior, located in the West End of Vancouver, BC, was designed to evoke some of the forms and materials of the Mediterranean, while attempting to refresh hackneyed “Greek” references. Inexpensive materials such as skin ply, MDF, remnant tiles and reconfigured fragments of light fixtures were used. This was one of the first collaborations of Stephanie Robb and Bill Pechet, post architecture school.
